crowd

Praise God! This was one of the most incredible sights that most of us had ever seen. As we sat on the stage and looked out into the crowd, they just kept coming and coming. Filling first the seats and seating area in the front and then finally all the way to the street... It was truly unbelievable... But more on that later.

The morning started with the second day of the pastors' conference. You could feel the energy rising under the tent as over 800 pastors and church leaders gathered again to hear great words from Pastor Micah, Bishop Tony. Micah continued to teach on rising above one's circumstances and Tony continued with teaching on applying and using Gods spiritual gifts .

Like in Rajamundry last April, each day seems to bring new levels of excitement and release for these men of God. If that continues to hold true, tomorrow should be quite a BLESSING!

When our Doctors of Chiropractic come here to serve, they come not only to do physical adjustment on those who desire it, but to also pray for them. As Christians we believe that prayer is a critical element of any efforts toward healing.

Ask any of our doctors and they will quickly tell you that THEY do not heal anyone... it is all in the touch of Jesus Christ.

Chiropractic care is not common to many of these pastors, so not as many took advantage of it yesterday. But today, word had gotten out how great the experience was and during the break, the Docs adjusted one after another after another. The lines picked up dramatically after Bishop Earnest got adjusted by Dr. Matt. I guess it proves that an endorsement from the boss is good for business.

They work tirelessly in the heat and have become a true cornerstone of Matthew10 Ministries International.

Carol Marie spoke to 500 widows and women leadership again this afternoon. Many came in on the back of a truck since transportation for these women can difficult. The widows ministry aspect of the Matthew10 program is critical to the harvest, not to mention that these women are critical to our team. God holds a special place in his heart for the widows and by ministering to them we can move them into nurturing relationships of the fatherless children and harnessing their intercessory prayer power. Peggy lead worship as the spirit of God fell upon this place and the women worshiped together.

Rise up and Walk!

That was the message that Doctor Pete began Friday's Redemption Festival with. And with a little help from Doctor Matt, he made his point well in front of the multitudes of people that came to see what all the fuss was about. If the crowd continues to grow, we may not be able to contain them all by Sunday Night. Praise God!

We had seen some scattered rain in the area earlier in the day, but by the time the crusade began, all was dry.

rise up

As he began to speak the crowds were still coming in. They were there for a reason. All faces were focused on the stage. He spoke about 4 basic gospel statements.... that God created a perfect world, that Satan destroyed it, Jesus fixed it and we have to recieve it.... we have to rise up and walk. It was powerful.

And when he finally asked the question, "Who wants to give their life to Jesus Christ?" It seemed as though every hand in the place shot up. And when he called them to come forward, they literally ran.

There is now way to really tell how many were actually saved, but suffice it to say that the front of the stage area was at capacity and there were still thousands upon thousands in the area behind the fence who could not make it down front. And once again, Dr. Pete lead them in the prayer that ushered them into the Kingdom of God.

If all of heaven rejoices over a single soul saved, just imagine the party going on there now!

preach

As Dr. Pete began to pray over the crowd for healing, the heavens literally opened up and it began to pour. He continued to pray and many stayed and were healed. But the remnant quickly dispersed following the prayer. There were a few people who stayed seeking additional prayer.

One young man approached the stage, walking through the torrential rain, with his little brother on his back. His brother was sick with a fever and runny painful eyes. He had heard that Jesus could heal and so he brought him to the festival in hopes of getting him help. He was not going to let rain get in the way of getting his brother help.

When they arrived at the stage they were soaked but came up the stairs to get the healing that the older brother was counting on. Dr. Matt and Pastor Micah were at the top of the stairs and began to pray for him. And like the men who lowered their friend through the roof of the house to get him to Jesus, the older brother's faith was honored and the little boy was healed.

And just that quick, the older picked the younger up in his arms and headed off into the rainy night. May we all take a lesson from the simple faith of this young man. Hallelujah.

walk home

And as if that weren't lesson enough , as Dr. Matt (pictured above praying with the little one) watched the boys head out into the storm, he was suddenly filled with an even deeper compassion and ran from the stage, taking off his sport coat as he caught up to them and gave them his garment to shelter them from the weather as they returned home. Now that my friends is a "Jesus" response...

Please look around today and see who Jesus is asking you to love on his behalf.... God Bless You.
